What is Alpha? Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the big questions of life in an open and friendly environment. Alpha has been running all over the world for the last couple of decades in churches, pubs, prison and homes where almost 30 million people have taken part and loved the experience.

What happens at Alpha? Each session includes an engaging 30 minute film on various topics, food and then some discussion - a place where you can ask questions, delve into different issues and find out what others think. No question is off the table.

Who's it for? Alpha is for anyone who's curious - whatever your experience of church or none. Alpha is very relaxed and you’ll not to asked to do anything like sing, pray or even talk out loud if you don’t want to! There’s usually around 20 or so people on our Alpha Courses, many of whom are meeting each other for the first time - so you’ll not feel like ‘the odd one out’!

Where is it on? Our next course takes place in our Welcome Area in Ballyloughan.

When is it on?  Our next course will launch on Thursday 16th January at 7.30pm with a meal and introductory short film, and will run for 4 consecutive Thursday nights (16, 23, 30 Jan & 6 Feb).

How much is it? There's no charge.
